We are Astronaut Dan Bursch and Sharon Yencharis
of Let’s Go Adventure Books, and we are so happy you’re here!

Astronaut Dan Bursch is a former Naval Flight Officer and Astronaut.

He flew in space 4 times!

Including a 6.5 month expedition on the International Space Station where he also wove lightship baskets.
His hobbies include fixing cars (well, fixing anything) and weaving lightship baskets.
He loves spending time with family.

Sharon Yencharis is a technologist by day and an artist and writer by night.

She has been part of 9 tech startups as well as leading technology teams at large cultural institutions such as the
Monterey Bay Aquariumand the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco.
Along with the children’s adventure book series she is currently working on several other books about happiness, poetry,* even sunsets!

We can’t wait to go on more adventures with all of you!

*Sharon’s poem “Lillian” took first place in the Seven Hills Literary Contest sponsored by the Tallahassee Writers Association. It is published in “The Seven Hills Review Volume 26 (2021).”
